The Otto 128 Hz Tuning Fork (C3 on the Piano) is used for a variety of issues. EMT's and Paramedics have used this fork to locate bone fractures. This fork can be purchased separately or in our Otto Fork Set which includes the 32 Hz, 64 Hz and 128 Hz. This fork in particular spikes the most Nitric Oxide. This is a gas that's naturally produced in the body. Nitric oxide has many functions in the body. It can act as a messenger between cells, a neurotransmitter, and a hormone. It helps dilate blood vessels, supports a healthy heart, boosts brain power, improves sexual health, increases blood flow. When used it produces a 6 minute cycle called puffing which relaxes the tissues and reduces inflammation.

Application for Use

Point 1: Activate the fork then place the stem of the fork on your sternum, your chest bone. Feel the vibration and imagine your heart softening.

Point 2: Activate the fork then place the stem of the fork on your third eye—the space between and just above your eyes. Close your eyes and feel the vibration move through your cranium.

Point 3: Activate the fork then place the stem of the fork on your sacrum, the bone at the base of your spine. Close your eyes and feel the vibration move through your lower pelvis.

Point 4: Activate the fork then place the stem of the fork on any acupressure/acupuncture site for 20 seconds at a time. Not to exceed three Placements in an area.
